Each year, we invite applications from makers of all artistic disciplines interested in becoming guests in our studios. Traditional or contemporary media and approaches are equally appealing. We jury applicants based on the following criteria: craftsmanship/quality, suitability to studio spaces available, and variety in relation to other work on the tour.

Guest spaces are limited. We'll decide the appropriate location during the jury process and confirm it with each guest. We are offering many outdoor spaces and a limited number of indoor spaces. Guests are required to bring their own tents (for outdoor spaces), displays, lights (for indoor spaces), etc.

Fees

  • Established Makers

    • Outdoor booth ~ 10’x10’ space (you provide your own booth) - $150

    • Indoor booth ~ 10’x10’ space (you provide your own booth) - $250

  • Emerging Makers

    • Outdoor booth ~ 10’x10’ space (you provide your own booth) - $100

How are your fees spent?

We are a non-profit, volunteer-run organization. Most of our artists’ fees (both guest and member artists) go towards the costs of advertising the tour - radio, print, social media and our website.

Tips for your application

  • Have clear images of your finished artwork that best show what you would like to showcase on the tour. (under 1 GB each)

  • Include an image of you doing your art/craft

  • Name your photos consistently and include your name in the filename. eg., Smith_photo1

  • Include a short bio that can be used for social media (in the third person)

  • Include pricing where possible

  • Include links to your website and socials

  • Let us know if you can do demonstrations
